Rita is an energetic technology leader with a successful track record of providing strategic leadership and technology roadmaps to achieve business growth and success. She employs an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to the topic of digital business transformation looking both the perspectives of suppliers and firms.
Bringing experiences from many industries and global regions as far flung as the Falkland Islands she has successfully worked in industries such as telecoms, life & pensions, banking, travel and tourism, construction + support services, utilities and building societies. Rita is also passionate about giving time to charities and is on the Board of Trustees for several she personally supports.
More recently Rita has helped the Melton Building Society, directing the digital transformation agenda end to end whilst holding SMF 24 and the role of IT and Transformation Director.

Bringing experience from many industries including water and gas utilities, building societies, global + european logistics, supply chain and mail express services, across several global regions eg UK, Europe, The Nordics, South Africa and Central Asia.

More recently Richard has been supporting the Melton Building Society with its digital transformation implementing many foundational projects and key policies/frameworks. Whilst leading the Programme IT component, he has been instrumental in creating and negotiating EBA and SS2/21 compliant contracts with the supply chain involved.
​
Richard is a keen runner, climber, surfer and photographer and through these hobbies also raises money for charity.
